Kristen is a designer, educator and writer based on beautiful Catalina Island twenty two miles off the Southern California coastline.

Drawing on a strong design background she feels passionately that a person does not have to compromise aesthetics to live an engaged and ecologically conscious lifestyle. In her work as a writer and design consultant she helps people connect their values and sense of style with the groundswell of positive change taking place.

Kristen spent six years living in Northern Ireland, working as a Creative Director in new media and teaching design methodology and project management at the University of Ulster's School of Art and Design. Her experiences inspired her to make the choice that so many people are coming to... it is time to change how we are living, to be innovative and to feel joy in how we engage with the world around us.
